Payment and Processing


Our primary shipping carrier is the USPS (United States Post Office). The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time. Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves our warehouse. Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Weather permitting, our orders are shipped out twice weekly:

Standard shipping rates are determined by your postal zip code and the total weight of your order.

There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico with the Standard USPS service.


In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost, based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States.

Exchanges and Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt exchange or a full refund; however, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items must be exchanged/returned within (15) fifteen days of the purchase date. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, additional shipping charges will be incurred for the returned item and new exchange item to be shipped.
